We offer a variety of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Counseling fees vary depending on what form of payment you plan to use. Self-pay fees are currently $120 for an intake and $90 for individual, couples or family (fees will be increasing within the next six months). Fees, if billing through insurance, depend on your specific insurance plan and mental health benefits. We strongly encourage you to check with your insurance company on your mental health benefits and what your personal responsibility for payment will be. It is also strongly encouraged to check that the therapist is covered by your specific insurance plan.

We accept self/cash pay, clergy/bishops pay, HSA, and some insurances including: Select Health and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. We can also give you a superbill to use for reimbursement from your insurance company. 

You will receive an email with a link to a client portal. The portal gives you access to all the required paperwork and they are submitted electronically. No other documents need to be brought with you to the first intake session.

Therapy services are offered for adolescents and adults. If you are seeking therapy services for a child under 12 years old we can assist you in finding a referral.
